The chat available on the Conversation tab allows the users to speak with the carriers.
It's possible to send a global message - click on MAIN ROOM and write the message. It's possible to identify a global message due to the globe icon associated with it (option A).
If the message is to be sent only to a specific carrier - click on the carrier name (option B).
The carrier's replies will all be available by chronological order (option C).
Please note - for parcel couriers, this function is NOT available.
