Cancel a Shipment

I want to cancel a shipment

The "Abort" button is available on each quotation until the day prior to the pick-up. Simply enter the shipment you want to cancel, on Conversation page and click on :



If you reached the day of the pick-up and the quotation was not yet canceled, you need to open a ticket and request the assistance of the Support Team.
The following message will appear :


To do so, simply open a ticket with Sub-Classification "I want to Cancel my shipment" and indicate the reference of the shipment.
Our Support Team will align with the forwarder and verify if no pick up action was started.

After evaluation and acceptance by the forwarder, the Support Team will proceed to the cancellation of the shipment

Please note that after the estimated delivery date, shipments can no longer be canceled and are being charged by Easy4Pro.

A shipment can only be cancelled until the estimated time of arrival.
