My parcel shipment was not picked up

First, please ask the sender to contact the local office of the transport company and ask for more information.
Usually, the details of the waybill will be sufficient to identify your request. Otherwise, please ask E4P for the booking reference.

Only the transport company can confirm the ETA to your pick-up location. 

Also, we kindly ask you to prepare your shipment with the shipping label, printed out and attached to the parcel, in order to guarantee the collection. If you are shipping overseas, please also enclose the commercial invoice (in local language and in English if possible).
