New Order

Steps to make a new order: 

  1.  On the home page, select the Plant you wish to place an order from.

  2. Select the type of shipment you wish to send: Parcel or Premium Freight.

  3. Click on the option “New Order”.

  4. Parcel/Premium Freight - Complete the mandatory fields and relevant additional information.

  5. Pickup - Provide information concerning the pickup (location, date, time) 

  6. Delivery - Provide information concerning the delivery (location, date, time)

  7. Package - Provide information concerning the package. It is important to be as specific as possible because that information will be used by the carrier for the assembly of the quotation. 

  8. Partners - Choose the desired transportation mode. 

  9. Summary - In this step, it is possible to view the summary of the order and check if all the information is correct. If anything is missing or mistaken, modifying the information on the tab on the top right-hand corner of each section is possible.
