Order Cancellation - Parcel

There are 2 general rules for shipment cancellation:

  1. Can only be cancelled before the Estimated Delivery Time and if there wasn’t any form of issue with the pickup (parcel wasn’t ready for pickup, problems with parcel packaging, package returned are examples of events that block the possibility of cancellation).
The user can cancel himself until the estimated pickup day.
Only E4P can cancel after the estimated pickup date: please send a request to the support team, with a short explanation of the reason for the cancellation.
