Pop-up tips inside the platform
With the first login, there will be a “Welcome to Easy4Pro” pop-up. This is the beginning of a complete, live, step-by-step assistant, inside the platform. This assistant can be ignored by clicking the X in the top corner.
These pop-ups are divided into themes, and even after ignoring one of the themes, every time the user clicks for the first time on one of the several features of the platform, a new pop-up will appear and the guide will start.
Around the platform, there are also some hotspots available, which we use to alert for critical or new features on the system. Consult them and be up-to-date on all the functionalities.
