What do I need to know concerning my parcel?

Some notes on the parcel functioning:
  1. The parcel prices are automatic replies that we retrieve using Easy4Pro. This is the only situation where the chat function will not connect the user to the carrier.
  2. The dates of pickup and delivery will be honoured most of the time, as well as transit times. To secure the pickup, kindly ask the sender to contact the local carrier's office and confirm the collection.
  3. If your collection is done earlier/later, the transit times will be the same. Weekends and holidays are not considered.
  4. The pickups will be done by default between 10h00LT till 17h00LT.
  5. To guarantee the collection, prepare your shipment with the shipping label, printed out and attached to the parcel. If you're shipping overseas, please also attach the commercial invoice, if possible in local language and in English. Make sure as well that you declare the value of the shipment in overseas requests.
  6. One waybill will be enclosed to the parcel, a second will be handled to the courier and a third one will be kept by the sender.
  7. Customs can be handled both by the carrier or by you. The cost will not be included in Easy4Pro's value.
